What We Do

Ski patrollers are a cornerstone of mountain safety, providing critical emergency medical care, avalanche mitigation, rescue operations, and guest support in some of the most demanding winter conditions. While we are proud of the essential work we do, ski patrollers often face gaps in employer-provided benefits, particularly related to medical expenses, training access, and required gear.

Supporting PTPSP fuels counseling, resilience training, and mental-health support for the courageous ski patrol who safeguard our ski resort. Donations also fuel further education, training and work exchanges to other resorts for sharing industry expertise and building relationships.  Thanks in advance for your support!
